针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎临床研究进展

Clinical research progresses of acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

检索近5年关于针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的文章,并进行归纳总结。临床应用上做了大量研究,结果肯定了针刺、艾灸及配合内服、外用中西药方式互相搭配,对治疗及控制AS的显著疗效,主要表现在能显著改善患者的关节疼痛与活动功能障碍,纠正脊柱的畸形,患者痛苦小,不良反应少。目前针灸治疗已经逐渐成为防治AS的重要手段之一,且方法简便易用,值得推广。此外,有必要在今后临床研究中增加论证强度较高的随机对照试验,提高数据真实性和可信度。

This study retrieved and summarized articles related to the acupuncture treatment of ankylosing spondylitis （AS）of last five years. Clinical data confirmed therapeutic effects of acupuncture, moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of AS. Acupuncture treatment for AS showed a significant effect,which can significantly reduce joint pain, improve function disorders and correct spinal deformity with less suffering and few side effects in AS patients. Acupuncture treatment has gradually become an important means of prevention and treatment of AS. The therapeutic method is simple. It is worth promoting. It is necessary to increase the randomized controlled trials in future clinical studies, to improve the authenticity and credibility of the data.
