摘要
为提高导弹起竖机构的快速性和稳定性,对起竖机构的驱动方式进行优化。首先基于Matlab/Simulink和Abaqus建立起竖机构的数学模型和动力学模型,将两类模型仿真得到的油缸载荷进行对比,表明两类模型的正确性;其次,推导驱动方式优化设计数学模型,编写s函数对优化设计模型进行计算;最后,对优化后驱动方式进行仿真分析,表明优化后驱动方式能够有效地提高起竖机构的快速性和稳定性。
To improve rapidity and stability of missile erecting mechanism,the drive mode is optimizated. Firstly,the mathematical model and dynamic model are built with Matlab/Simulink and Abaqus software,the correctness of the proposed models may be demonstrated by the comparison between the simulated cylinder load of the two models. Secondly,the mathematical model of optimization design is built,and the optimization is carried out with the use of s-function. Finally,the optimized drive mode is simulated and the validity of optimization design for the improvement rapidity and stability of missile erecting mechanism is verified.
