滋肾益宫方联合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰30例临床观察

Investigation of kidney efficiency premature ovarian failure treated by Zishen Yigong prescription combined sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone

目的观察滋肾益宫方联合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法将90例肾虚型POF患者随机分为3组,治疗组30例予滋肾益宫方联合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗,滋肾益宫方组30例予滋肾益宫方治疗,雌孕激素序贯疗法组30例予雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗,3组均治疗3个月经周期后比较疗效,观察治疗前后血清激素水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率(73.3%)高于滋肾益宫方组(56.7%)、雌孕激素序贯疗法组(60.0%)(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于滋肾益宫方组、雌孕激素序贯疗法组。3组治疗后血清激素水平均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清激素水平较滋肾益宫方组、雌孕激素序贯疗法组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论滋肾益宫方联合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗肾虚型POF疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of kidney efficiency premature ovarian failure （ POF） treated by Zither Yigong prescription combined sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone .Methods According to the treatment order , 90 patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into treatment group , herb control group and Western medicine control group;the treatment group was treated by Zishen Yigong prescription combined sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone , the herb control group was treated by pure herbal medicine , the Western medicine control group was only treated by sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone ; all the groups served a total of three menstrual cycle; before and after treatment , changes about the symptoms and signs were ob-served and the changes in serum hormone levels were measured .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in herb control group and Western medicine control group （P〈0.05）.The changes in serum hormone levels after treatment were improved in three groups （P〈0.05）.The improvement of serum hormone levels in treatment group was superior to that in herb control group and Western medicine control group （P〈0.05）.Con-clusion Treatment of kidney efficiency premature ovarian failure （ POF） treated by Zishen Yigong prescription com-bined sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone is effective , safe and worthy of promotion .
