摘要
报道了锡粉促进下,以四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,在室温条件下,通过醛、芳甲酰肼和烯丙基溴"一锅法"反应,合成高烯丙基酰肼化合物的方法.该方法具有条件温和,不使用任何催化剂,操作简单,产率高等优点.
An one-pot reaction was developed for the synthesis of homoallylhydrazides by treating aldehydes, aryl acylhydmzines and allyl bromide with tin powder at room temperature in tetrahydrofuran. The reaction proceeded smoothly without using any catalyst under mild conditions to give the corresponding products in high yields.
