FeCl_3·6H_2O-Catalyzed synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted-1,3-benzoxazines and their fungicidal activity

摘要 以2-(胺甲基)苯酚和取代苯甲醛为原料,首次以FeCl3·6H2 O为催化剂合成了一系列2,3-二取代-1,3-苯并噁嗪,所合成化合物的结构用IR、1 H NMR、13 C NMR进行了分析与鉴定.采用离体法初步测试了目标化合物的杀菌活性,大部分化合物具有良好的杀菌活性,化合物3c对灰霉病菌的抑制率为86.8%,3f对纹枯病菌的抑制率为87.7%. A series of 2,3-disubstituted-1,3-benzoxazines were synthesized by reactions of 2-arylaminomethyl phenols with substituted aromatic aldehydes using FeCl3 · 6H2O as catalyst for the first time.The structures of the compounds were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR.Fungicidal activity of the prepared compounds were also preliminarily evaluated.Most of them exhibited moderate to good activity as shown by 86.8% activity against B.Cinerea of compound 3c,87.7% activity against R.Solani of 3f.
