摘要 随着国家鼓励光伏发展政策的出台,新一轮光伏电站大规模建设已铺开。光伏电站类型复杂,其带来的控制、送出和消纳问题,对电网运行和稳定特性影响深刻,对电网安全带来了巨大挑战。针对大规模光伏电站并网发电后对电网运行的影响和分布式光伏发电对配网的影响,从大规模光伏电力的消纳与送出、运行与控制、电网调峰、安全稳定、电能质量和配电网电压控制、抗扰动能力等方面的因素进行了综合分析,提出了建立新能源技术支持系统平台和提高光伏集中接入地区电力外送及消纳能力等应对的措施。 Along with the introduction of state policies to stimulate PV development,a new round of construction of large-scale PV power stations is now in full swing. PV power stations of complicated types lead to such issues as control,sending and utilization exert a profound influence on the operation and stability of power grids,thus constituting a great challenge to grid safety. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the influence of grid connection of large scale photovoltaic power stations upon grid operation,influence of distributed photovoltaic power generation upon the distribution network,as well as utilization /sending,operation /control,grid regulation,safety /stability and energy quality of large scale photovoltaic power,as well as voltage control and anti-disturbance ability of the distribution network,and presents countermeasures including establishment of a new energy technical support platform and enhancement of power delivery and utilization ability of the area of concentrated grid connection.
