介绍了在新型汽车安全气囊柔性制造系统中用来检测安全气囊关键零部件外观质量的专用检测单元,根据关键零部件的检测要求设计相应的检测设备和检测步骤,确保进入注塑流程的关键零部件质量合格,型号匹配,从而保证安全气囊成品的可靠性和安全性。
This paper introduces a special unit for inspecting appearance quality of key parts in the flexible manufacturing system of new type automobile airbags. Testing equipment steps are designed according to the inspection requirements of key components to ensure qualified key components of matching models enter the injection molding process,thus guaranteeing reliability and safety of the airbag product.
