摘要
在实施西部大开发战略的过程中，省级政府也应发挥一定的宏观调控职能，制定出科学规划，调整产业结构，发挥经济杠杆作用等，才能使区域经济和社会进步得到突飞猛进地发展。
： Implementing the strategy of the West development,the province government should give play to the macrocontrol function,draw up scientific programme,readjust industrial structure and bring into play the role of economic levers.So the regional economy and solial progress can advance by rushes.
