T he vocal＆ singing class is a very important class for Pre -school education major students in normal universities .The key of improving the quality of the class is the corporation between teachers and students .T his paper presents the essential characters teachers should have and fundamental capabili-ties students should achieve .It suggests that the class would become win - win to both teachers and students only by unifying these factors together .
