通过对欧洲英、法、瑞士三国酒店管理本科教育模式进行梳理与分析,发现欧洲酒店管理本科教育模式有以下几点特点:酒店管理本科教育与职业教育紧密衔接;本科课程选择多样,课程设置可分12大类,课程实用性高,具有时代性、应用性与职业性等特点;采用多样化的教学手段,多种渠道授课;重视实践教学,其力度大、时间长,与课程内容与职业规划紧密联系;注重教师的理论素养与实践经验;设立研究中心,鼓励学生参与研究项目。

After analyzed several aspects of hotel management undergraduate education model in Brit-ain ,France and Switzerland ,European hotel management undergraduate education model has the follow-ing characteristics ：Hotel Management undergraduate education co-ordinated with vocational education closely ;Possessed a variety of undergraduate courses’ choice ,the curriculum can be divided into 12 cate-gories ,which are applicable ,timely ,and occupational .Using a variety of teaching methods ,channels are various .Emphasis on practice teaching ,arranged with intensity ,long period internship ,and therefore the course content connected closely with career planning .The establishment of research centers encourages students to participate in research projects .
