摘要
红外ATR技术在成分分析中具有方便、快速和无损样品表面的特点,因而被广泛应用于样品测试中。金钢石是比较好的单反射ATR晶体,利用Bruker Vertex 70型红外光谱仪中金刚石ATR附件对羊绒羊毛织物成分鉴定进行了分析和讨论。得出结论如下:使用金刚石ATR附件进行红外光谱测试速度快,信号及重复性好,是鉴定羊毛绒类产品成分比较快速的方法。
IR attenuated total reflectance (ATR) technology has been widely employed in sample analysis because of its convenience, quickness and non-destructiveness in testing. This paper is focused on the analysis and discussion of the application of Bruker vertex 70 FT - IR spectrometer in identification of the components of cashmere and wool fabrics. The conclusion is that the use of diamond ATR in the identification is a fast test method characteristic of fast test, good signal reiferation.
