摘要
对黄麻原麻纤维的乙酸乙酯提取物及其各精细分离化合物进行抑菌活性测试,并利用薄层色谱分析(TLC)、红外光谱分析(FTIR)、高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)等方法对其抑菌活性成分进行了分析和鉴定,发现:黄麻原麻纤维含有对大肠杆菌(E.)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.)和白色念珠菌(C.)有抑菌活性的成分,此成分以三萜、甾体类成分为主,并含有一定的香豆素类和少量酚类、有机酸类和生物碱类,是一种开发生态纺织品的宝贵原材料。
In the paper carried out the antibacterial tests of the ethyl acetate extracts and its fine separated component inside raw jute fiber with analysis and identification of the antibacterial active components followed by means of thin layer chromatography ( TLC ) , infrared spectrum analysis (FTIR) and high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC). It is found that: raw jute fiber contains active antibacterial components of Escberichia eoli ( E. ) , staphylococcus aureus ( S. ) and Candida albieans ( C. ) , mainly being triterpenes and steroids, and also containing certain amount of coumarin and small amount of phenols, organic acids and alkaloids. Thus, jute fiber is proved to be a kind of valuable raw material for developing ecological textiles.
