摘要 基于Dralon细旦异形腈纶的特性,针对性设计了Dralon细旦异形腈纶与粘胶纤维的混纺纱及针织面料,对混纺纱线的主要质量进行了测试,对其针织及其染整工艺进行了初探。结果表明:Dralon细旦异形腈纶纤维相比其他腈纶纤维,具有强力高、断裂强力均匀性好的特点;毛羽多,纱体蓬松,具有良好的保温效能;吸湿性好,具有良好的穿着舒适感;针织织物的保温性、透湿性、透气性均优于对比产品,服用性能、耐用性良好。 Based on the properties of fine differential Dralon acrylic fiber, Dralon-rayon blended yarns and the relative knitted fabrics are designed specially. The blended yarns' main quality indexes are tested with its knitting technology and dyeing and finishing processes explored. It indicates that compared with other acrylic fibers, fine differential Dralon acrylic fiber has higher breaking strength and better breaking strength variation ; its fabrics behave good heat preservation and good hygroscopicity with perfect wear-comfort because of its yarns' much patulous hairiness and good fluffy; Its knitted fabrics exceed other samples in heat preservation, hygroscopicity and air permeability, showing excellent wearability.
