摘要
通过单因子选择实验、正交实验等方法建立了纺织品中多溴联苯(PBBs)及多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的超声波辅助萃取-气相色谱-质谱检测器测定方法,选用特定色谱柱,并采用恒温与程序升温相结合的方法,实现了17种PBBs和PBDEs含同分异构体混合物的气相色谱分离及测试。方法的检出限为0.07~0.25μg/g,精密度为2.1%~8.87%,加标回收率为78.6%~110.8%。本方法适用于纺织品中痕量PBBs和PBDEs的监测分析。
A method of simultaneous determination of Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) in textiles by using ultrasonic-assisted extraction-gas chromatography-mass speetometry has been developed through orthogonal experiment. The separation and detection of 17 kinds of PBBs and PBDEs were optimized by use of special chromatographic column, constant temperature and programming temperature. The detection limit of the method is 0.07 - 0. 25μg/g, the precision is 2.10% - 8.87% , and the recovery of spiked sample is 78.6% - 110.8%. The method is sensitive, rapid, low cost and high recovery and could be used to the detection and analysis of PBBs and PBDEs amount in textiles.
