石家庄纺织工业遗产现状与再利用建议

The present status and re-use of Shijiazhuang textile industry heritage

通过调研、走访、文献查阅等方法研究了石家庄市纺织工业遗产的现状。研究结果显示,目前石家庄市纺织工业遗产数量少,类型单一,区域分散,存在公众遗产保护意识淡薄、遗产认定标准缺失、相关法律法规不健全、城市规划欠科学等问题。指出:相关部门只有加大宣传力度、增强公众的保护意识,建立认定标准,健全相关法律,实施科学合理规划,石家庄市的纺织工业遗产才能进入实质性保护阶段。同时对石家庄市纺织工业遗产的开发再利用提出建议。

By means of investigations, visits and literature reviews, the present status of Shijiazhuang textile industry heritage was studied. It shows that there are few textile industry heritages in Shijiazhuang, which is characterized in single kind and loose distribution as well as lack of the sense of heritage protecting, no approved standard to confirm the heritage value, imperfect law to protect the heritage and lack of scientific scheme of city planning. It is pointed that only when concerned authorities promote the propaganda, strengthen the public sense of protection, set up approved standard and pass concerned laws, carry out scientific and reasonable schemes, can Shijiazhuang textile industry heritage enter a substantive protection phase. Some advices on the re-use of Shijiazhuang textile industry heritage have been also given.
