摘要
以1,2-二羟甲基碳癸硼烷(BHMC)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和3,3′-[氧化双(2,1-亚乙基氧基)]双丙胺(dpa-DEG)为原料,采用两步法合成了不同硼含量的聚氨酯(PU)。研究结果表明:含碳癸硼烷PU具有更好的热稳定性,其在空气和氩气气氛中的起始分解温度比不含碳癸硼烷PU分别提高了37%和15%左右,700℃残炭率提高了10%以上,平均反应活化能提高了38%左右。
With 1,2-bis- (hydroxymethyl) -carbon decaborane ( BHMC ), diphenylmethane diisocyanate ( MDI ) and 3, 3'- [oxybis (2, 1-ethylidene oxygen)] bis-1-propylamine (dpa-DEG) as raw materials, a series of polyurethane (PU) with different boron contents were prepared by two step method. The research results showed that the PU with carbon decaborane had the better thermostability, the initial decomposition temperatures in air or argon of PU with carbon decaborane were about 37% or 15% than those of PU without carbon decaborane, and the carbon residue rate at 700 ℃ and average activation energy of PU with carbon decaborane were above 10% and about 38% respectively more than those of PU without carbon decaborane.
