牙周基础治疗在慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者中的作用 被引量：21

摘要 目的探讨牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选取43例慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病的患者为治疗组,单纯慢性牙周炎患者40例作为对照组,分析每组患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、齿龈沟出血指数(SBI)、附着丧失(AL)和牙周探针深度(PD)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、空腹静脉血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)在牙周基础治疗前后的差异。结果与治疗前相比,除对照组的FPG和2hPG没有变化之外,对照组的其余观察指标和治疗组所有的指标均下降。结论牙周基础治疗不但可以减轻牙周炎的炎症程度,而且能改善慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平。
