摘要
通过回顾新疆于田7.3级地震应急行动,归纳地震灾害的典型特征,总结地震部门抗震救灾经验启示,从应急管理和民族社会学角度,简要阐明地震应急处置工作中应注意的一些问题。
By reviewing Yutian earthquake of M7.3emergency action,some typical characteristics of the earthquake disasters are summarized and experience of the earthquake relieving is obtained.From the viewpoint of the emergency management and ethnic sociology,some issues in the earthquake emergency work that should be paid attention are clarified briefly.
