超硬度岩石爆破乳化炸药的研制

摘要 通过优化调整乳化炸药配方,使炸药中的基本组分达到零氧平衡,大大提高了乳化炸药的性能。试验结果显示:爆速大于4 500 m/s、作功能力大于290 mL、猛度大于16 mm、适用于f≥20的超硬度岩石的爆破,能提高爆孔利用率,降低单耗;相对于普通的M型乳化炸药,该炸药可节约50~80元/t。 The basic composition of the explosive reaches zero oxygen balance by optimizing adjustment of emulsion explosive formula so as to improve the performance of the emulsion explosive greatly. The experimental results show that,the emulsion explosive which detonation velocity is more than 4 500 m / s,work ability is greater than 290 ml and fierce degree is greater than 16 mm is suitable to deal with the super harness rocks( f≥20). Therefor,the utilization rate of blasting holes is improved and the consumption is reduced. Besides that,compared with the ordinary M type emulsion explosive,the new emulsion explosive can save 50 ~ 80 yuan / t.
