摘要 根据企业铁路煤运通道的技术设备水平参差不齐、单双线混行、同一区段多牵引定数共存、主要装车站和组合站的能力紧张等特点及其空重车流的接续过程,将其空重车流的协同优化问题抽象为多重指派问题。以"列"为最小调配单位,考虑多种牵引定数并存、单元空列的二次指派和重列的组合过程,再以线路通过能力、分解站解体能力、组合站编组能力以及空重列接续时间等为约束,建立以单元列接续时间最短和待组合单元重列等待时间及编组作业时间最短为目标函数的企业铁路煤运通道空重车流调配优化模型。以包神铁路东线的空重车流调配为例,选取该线典型时间段的车流数据,验证了模型的可行性和实用性。 The paper abstracts the issue of heavy and empty freight car collaborative optimization into a multiple assignment problem according to the characteristics of enterprise coal transportation railway line,such as the uneven levels of technical equipment,the hybrid train operation on single and double tracks,multiple-tonnage of traction in the same section,and the shortage in the ability of primary loading and combination stations,and so on.Furthermore,the transition process of heavy and empty traffic flow should be considered.The single train is defined as the least distribution unit,and the coexistence of multiple-tonnage of traction,the quadratic assignment of an empty train and the combination process of heavy train are taken into account.Then the line carrying capacity,the operational capacities of decomposition stations and combination stations as well as the connecting time of empty and heavy trains are regarded as constraints.The optimization model of heavy and empty freight car distribution for enterprise coal transportation railway line is established,with the minimum unit train connecting time,the minimum waiting time for to-be-combined unit heavy train and the minimum marshalling operation time as objective functions.Finally a case study is carried out on heavy and empty freight car distribution problem at the east line of Baoshen Railway,and the traffic flow data during the typical period are selected,which has verified the feasibility and practicability of the model.
