摘要
主要根据大庆历史洪水资料,采用频率分析法,计算大庆地区洪灾多年平均损失。计算结果表明,频率分析法比较适合大庆地区的实际情况,并且具有操作性较强的特点,适合对洪水灾害的即时评估,可以为防汛指挥决策提供快速、科学的依据。
In the paper, we calculated the average losses of flood in Daqing area by the method of frequency analysis, and the data mainly according to Daqing historical flood statistics. Analysis method of frequency domain suits Daqing in regard to the situation and the method are practical. So we conclude the method of frequency analysis should be used for immediately assess for flood and it can inform decision -making for flood -control headquarters.
