摘要
培养大学生的创新能力是当前的时代主题,是高校教师教学的首要任务、也是大学生的自身需求。但现实高校课堂存在着薄弱的实践教学环节、传统的教学方法和考评模式、非智力因素关注不足、科技创新制度保障滞后等制约因素。所以,必须树立创新教育理念,优化和整合教学资源;完善第二课堂教学,培养学生的动手操作能力;强化心理健康教育,重视非智力因素的培养;改革教学方法和手段,激发学生科技创新兴趣;重视学生的主体地位,发挥教师的主导作用。
Cultivating college students' innovative abilities in classroom teaching conforms to the theme of the times, corresponds with the primary task of university teaching, as well as caters to the personal needs of college students themselves. However, there are a number of limitations hindering the cultivation of students' innovative abilities, such as weak practice teaching arrangement, outdated traditional teaching methods and evaluation mode, lack of attention to non-intelligence factors, and backward guarantee system for technological innovation. Therefore, to solve these problems, countermeasures must be put into place, which include establishing innovative educational concepts to optimize and integrate teaching resources, improving extracurricular teaching to bolster students' hands- on ability, strengthening mental health education to intensify training on non-intellectual factors, reforming teaching methods and instruments to stimulate students' interest in science and technology innovation, and laying store by the subjective nosition of students with teachers playing their guiding role.
