国产大型环氧乙烷反应器整体结构应力分析 被引量:4

Stress analysis for structural integrity of large-scale domestic ethylene oxide reactor

摘要 针对国产大型环氧乙烷(EO)反应器整体结构展开研究,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立三维实体结构模型,分析了EO反应器在稳态运行工况以及开停车阶段可能出现的6种工况下整体结构的温度场及应力分布。结果表明:稳态运行时,靠近壳程侧管板沿厚度方向存在较大的温度梯度;在管板与管箱连接处、管板与换热管连接处及管箱过渡圆角处存在较大的应力;开停车工况下整体结构强度均在允许范围内。 Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the three-dimensional model of ethylene oxide( EO) reactor. Temperature distributions and stress analyses of the reactor were obtained under steady-state operating conditions and at the stages of startup and shutdown. Results showed that the larger temperature gradient appeared in the areas of tubesheet close to shell-side along a thickness direction. Higher stress distributions occurred in the connection regions between the tubesheet and the structure,such as tub sheets,shell and knuckles. The stress intensity of the reactor under different startstop states was within the permissible range.
