摘要
通过将免振捣的自密实混凝土(SCC)应用到双板预制混凝土(DWPC)剪力墙中,可避免DWPC剪力墙因空腔尺寸较小,采用普通混凝土浇筑时人工振捣较困难,使得预制双板局部开裂、胀模等破坏现象发生。SCC具有高流动性,对模板持续产生较大侧向压力。进行了双板预制剪力墙中SCC模板侧向压力试验研究,分析了混凝土浇筑速度、模板长度等参数对模板侧向压力的影响,实时监测并分析DWPC空腔内浇筑的SCC对模板持续产生的侧向压力。研究结果表明:浇筑速度越快,模板初始侧向压力越大,侧向压力下降时间越长,初始侧向压力值和下降速率与模板长度无关。
Mold expanding usually occurred in double-wall precast concrete( DWPC) shear wall during construction due to improper vibrating,which could be conquered by using self-compacting concrete( SCC) on the wall. SCC has high liquidity which generated continuous lateral pressure on the framework. In this paper,the lateral pressure on the framework,and the influences of casting rate and section length to the formwork pressure were discussed. Real-time monitoring was executed and the testing results were analyzed. Results showed that the faster the casting rate was,the higher pressure the initial formwork had, and the longer time the pressure droped. The initial pressure and the dropping rate had no relation with the formwork section length.
