经皮气管切开术后气管狭窄6例分析及治疗

Analysis and Treatment of 6 Cases with Tracheal Stenosis after Percutaneous Tracheotomy

目的:回顾分析经皮气管切开术后气管狭窄的原因。方法:对2008年1月至2012年12月在ICU经皮气管切开术后6例出现气管狭窄的原因及2期治疗进行分析总结。结果:6例患者行"⊥"硅胶管气管扩张术后半年全部拔管,无呼吸困难及气管狭窄。结论:气管前外侧壁软骨环损伤、推入是经皮气管切开术后气管狭窄的原因所在。

Objective：To make a retrospective analysis of the reasons of tracheal stenosis after percutaneous tracheotomy. Methods： The causes of 6 cases with tracheal stenosis from January 2008 to December 2012 in ICU after percutaneous tracheotomy and the second phase of treatment for tracheal stenosis were analyzed. Results： ＂⊥＂ silicone tube of trachea dilation was carried out among the 6 cases. After 6 six months,there was no difficulty breathing and tracheal stenosis among them after their withdrawal of the tube. Conclusion： Tracheal anterolateral wall cartilage ring injury and push are the reasons of tracheal stenosis after percutaneous tracheotomy.
