21例腹主动脉瘤围手术期护理

Perioperative Period Nursing on 21 Cases with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

目的:介绍腹主动脉瘤切除Y型人造血管置换术围手术期护理。方法:术前做好心理、疼痛护理,生命体征监测,严格控制血压;术后做好基础护理、生命体征维护,体位护理、呼吸道护理及个性化的围手术期健康宣教。结果:2例死亡;19例患者无护理并发症,按预期目标顺利康复出院。结论:准确评估患者,个性化的健康宣教,预见性的处理护理并发症是提高手术成功率,保障患者顺利康复的重要环节。

Objective：To introduce the perioperative period nursing on abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods：Before operation,the points of nursing included psycho- nursing,pain nursing,vital signs observation and blood pressure control. After operation,the focuses of nursing were basic nursing,vital signs maintain,body position nursing,respiratory tract nursing and personalized health education in perioperative period. Results：2 cases died;19 cases left hospital with no nursing complication. Conclusion： The key points to improving success rates of the operation and promoting patients＇ recovery are to evaluate patients correctly,carry on personalized health education and handle nursing complication in advance.
