摘要 传统录音启动模式多为压控、声控和键控,其录音数据在完整性、可靠性和可维护性方面不能满足电力调度录音的要求。程控启动模式通过软件分析通话信令,程序控制录音的启动和停止,可以有效地解决这一问题。文章提出了一种程控录音系统的结构,详细阐述了该程控启动模式在录音系统中的实现方法,以及一种应用于电力调度录音系统的控制策略。压控与程控录音启动模式对比测试结果表明,程控启动模式能避免产生录音碎片,记录未接来电,使用较小磁盘空间,便于录音记录的长期保存、维护和使用。 Traditional recording startup modes, such as the voltage-controlled startup mode, the voice-controlled startup mode and the key-controlled startup mode, can meet the requirements of dispatching telephone recording systems no longer because of low maintainability, data integrity and reliability. However, these problems would be resolved effectively by the program-controlled recording startup mode that controls the start and end time of records by analyzing signaling via software. This paper presents a kind of structure of the program-controlled recording system, expounds the placement and implementation of the program-controlled startup mode in program-controlled recording systems, and describes a kind of control policy applicable for power dispatching telephone recording systems. Analysis of voice records between the program-controlled startup mode and the voltage-controlled startup mode shows that the former mode has the functions of avoiding fragmentation and recording missed calls, takes up less memory and is helpful to store, maintain and invoke voice records more effectively.
