摘要
随着电力企业节能减排工作的快速发展,节能减排在线监测系统已成为省级电网信息系统中的重要组成部分。节能减排在线监测系统主要包括机组数据实时监测、在线煤耗指标计算、在线脱硫指标计算及考核报表等功能。文章设计的节能减排在线监测系统按照二级安全信息系统构建,符合电网信息系统安全规范。整个系统通过实时数据及统计指标量化展示了下辖火电机组污染物排放的总体状况,同时为电网考核、调度提供了重要的基础数据。
With the rapid development of the energy saving and emission reduction, the online monitoring system had been an important component of provincial grid＇s information systems. The online monitoring system consists of real-time unit data monitoring, online coal consumption calculation, online desulfurization calculation and statistical assessment reports, etc. The monitoring system built conforms to the level-2 information system security standard and power grid information system security specifications. The system can not only can display the situations of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power plants using real-time data and quantified statistical indicators, but also provide important basic data for grid evaluation and dispatching.
