摘要
以6016铝合金为研究对象进行等速拉伸实验,使用数字图像相关方法(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)对铝合金的拉伸过程进行定性表征,实验研究全应变场变化,并进行断口组织观察。采用多相机DIC系统得到了6016-T4铝合金的成形极限(Forming Limit,FL),定位了时间-应变关系曲线中的FL。
With 6016Aluminum alloy as an example,we characterize the tensile deformation of the alloy by means of Digital Image Correlation(DIC)method in the tensile tests to study the changing strain field and observe the fracture organization.We get the Time-Strain curve presenting the 6016 Forming Limit with a multi-sensor DIC system.
