The Study of Social Exclusion Problem for Migrant Workers

综述社会排斥内涵与方式的基础上,从经济、社会、政治、文化、社会关系五个层面描述城市农民工社会排斥问题。从认识、户籍制度、管理政策、农民工人力资本和社会资本五个方面分析城市农民工社会排斥的原因。提出缓解城市农民工社会排斥问题的对策与建议。

This paper reviews the connotation and ways of social exclusion. It comprehensively analyzes social exclusion for migrant workers from five aspects of economic,social,political,cultural,and social relations. We summarize the reasons of social exclusion for migrant workers from cognition,household registration system,management policy,their own qualities and social capital. Countermeasures to cut social exclusion are proposed in the end.
