摘要
在现有高校学业降级制度下,学业降级大学生群体情况不容乐观。导致这一现象的原因,有学业降级制度本身不够完善的客观原因,但更主要的原因是九零后大学生在面对降级这一学业挫折后产生的不良情绪反应,以及由此导致的消极行为。为有效纾解降级生的心理困境,应进一步完善高校学业降级制度,并着重加强九零后大学生的挫折教育。
Under the existing downgrade regulation for college students, the development status of college students downgraded is not optimistic. The reason is partly attributed to the faultiness of the downgrade regulation. But the main cause is the students' emotional consequences resulted from the downgrade frustration and the negative behaviors derived from it. To relieving students from the psychological predicament effectively, it should improve the downgrade regulation of college students, and attach importance to the frustration education aimed to post-90s college students.
