跨文化适应与挑战——澳大利亚职业教育与培训中的中国留学生

摘要本研究通过课堂观察与互动以及半结构开放式深度访谈等定性研究方法,分析了中国留学生在澳大利亚职业教育与培训层面学习时的跨文化适应与挑战,具体表现在心理、社会文化和教育观念等三个维度不同阶段的适应状况,研究结果支持了跨文化适应U—曲线模式,并对英语教学和留学服务有一定的启发。
