Based on the scientific connotation of national spirit, the paper indicates the reality of moral decline and low effect of college moral education. It also proposes that as an important barrier of national spirit, the real concern of college moral education falls on the establishment of vigorous moral education concept, strengthening moral education curriculum construction and constructing new system of college moral education curriculum.
