摘要
目前,在现代化的高校德育管理中,德育量化管理是普遍采用的方法,它使德育成了可操作的课程,像体育和智育一样有了具体的要求内容、考核方法和计划,本文通过分析德育量化管理方法及其利弊,探讨了如何进行德育量化的管理方法。
In the modernized moral management of college education, quantitative management is a commonly used method, which makes moral education applicable in the way of specific requirement, evaluation method and plan, like PE and other intellectual courses. The paper explores the optimized moral management by analyzing quantitative management in college moral education and its pros and cons.
