摘要
提高顶岗实习的质量是高职院校重点关注的问题。本文分别从企业、高职院校、学生三个角度分析了影响顶岗实习质量的主要原因。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了提高顶岗实习质量的对策。
Strengthening the post practice quality of higher vocational college is of great significance. The paper analyzes the main reasons affecting the quality of post practice from the angle of enterprise, higher vocational college and student. On the basis of these analyses, it proposes countermeasures to improve the post practice quality.
