摘要
现阶段,我国工商管理培训仍存在许多令人担忧的问题,如培训对象过于单一、内容过于肤浅、培训手段过于简单、培训师资选取随意、培训效果评估缺失等。本文通过分析这些现状和原因,找出了加强工商管理培训的相应对策,以不断提高企业的管理水平。
Currently, many problems exists in administration management training, such as single training object, shallow training content, simple training method, casual choice of training teacher and lack of training performance evaluation, etc. By analyzing the current situation and course of it, the paper explores the countermeasure to strengthen the administration management training, in order to enhance the enterprise management level.
