摘要
经粉碎后的油菜蜂花粉用去离子水提取,经大孔树脂AB-8色谱柱粗分离,再用MCI-GEL色谱柱和ODS-B色谱柱分离,TLC薄层法检测纯度,最终得到3个化合物。经1H-NMR,13C-NMR和135DEPT-NMR鉴定分析,3个化合物分别为:鸟嘌呤核苷、腺嘌呤核苷、胞腺嘧啶脱氧核苷。这3种核苷类化合物是首次从油菜蜂花粉中分离、鉴定的核苷类物质。
Rape bee pollen is crushing hy grinder,then extraction with deionized water,lake appropriate amount of the extract,through the macroporous resin column of AB-8 to crude separation,and then isolated By the MCI-GEL column and the ODS-B column ,and at last I get three pure compounds. These three compounds are Being analyzed hy IH-NMR,13C-NMR and 135DEPT-NMR,These three compounds were : guanosine, adenosine, deoxyc, ytidine. These three kinds of nucleosides is the first time direct purification and structural identification from rape bee pollen.
