中国医药经济运行指数与安全指数的关系研究

The Correlativity Between the Drug Safety Index and the Pharmaceutical Economic Operation Index in China

目的：研究药品安全指数与医药经济运行指数之间的关系,以提供评价药品安全状况的定量研究模型,进而提高药品安全监管水平,增强公众用药安全度和用药信心。方法：通过药品安全指数研究系统以及医药经济运行指数研究系统,定量模拟出医药经济运行指数和安全监管指数;进而分别对近年来我国医药经济运行以及药品安全形势作出研判,最后对医药经济运行与药品安全之间存在的关系进行定性探索。结果与结论：2008~2012年药品安全指数呈稳定态势,处于安全区。医药经济运行指数同样趋于稳定期,表明我国医药产业发展态势平稳。这两个系统间存在正向关系,表明中国医药经济的发展需要政策引导,并立足于药品安全的科学监管。

Objective： This research is aimed at studying the relationship between the drug safety index and the pharmaceutical economic operation index,and trying to establish the quantitative model of drug safety constitution evaluation,so as to promote the drug safety administration capability and enhance the public confidence. Methods： According to the drug safety index system and the pharmaceutical economy operation index system,the development and safety indexes of pharmaceutical economy in recent years can be calculated. Analysis on the pharmaceutical economy development and drug safety condition in China in recent years is also launched,with exploratory studies on the relationship between pharmaceutical economy operation and drug safety. Results Conclusion： The drug safety index in 2008 to 2012 demonstrated a stable situation,which was in a security zone. The pharmaceutical economy operation index also varied in a steady trend. These evidences indicated that the pharmaceutical economy development in China recent years is relatively smooth and stable. The result of correlativity of these two index-systems is positive,which reflects that the healthy development of pharmaceutical economy is depending on not only the policy guidance,but also the efficient supervision.
