Analysis on Current Status and Countermeasures of Rights Protection Overseas of Intellectual Property of Chinese Enterprises

从中国企业"走出去"战略实施开始,不可避免的海外纠纷就随之而来,海外维权也变得日益重要。本文通过案例展示了我国企业海外维权的困境,同时总结了与其他国家进行海外维权的策略,可做为中国企业维权借鉴的内容,以及针对企业自身所能作出的努力。

Since the implementation of the“GOING OUT”strategy of Chinese enterprises, inevitable overseas disputes comes subsequently, and the rights protection overseas is also increasingly important. This paper demonstrates the dilemma of rights protection overseas of Chinese enterprises through real cases, summarizes the strategy of rights protection overseas of other nations and the contents that Chinese enterprises can learn form during rights protection at the same time, as well as proposes the conclusions and recommendations in connection with the effort that the enterprises can make.
