摘要
传统机床仿真主要针对机械动力学特性进行建模仿真,没有实现机电耦合,因而未能对机床整体进行精确仿真模拟。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于硬件在环技术,采用Virtuos仿真软件对机床建模,在定义机床各部分动态特性后,与实体数控系统相连接,实现了应用真实数控系统控制机床模型,并对机床进行了仿真研究,从而优化了制造及仿真流程。
The traditional modeling of machine tool is focused on the mechanical properties without the electromechanical coupling. So the whole machine can not be simulated exactly. To solve this problem,it presents a technology based on the Hil( Hardware- in- Loop). It uses the simulation software Virtuos to model the machine tool,and defines the dynamics of each parts of the machine. Then it realizes the real CNC to connect with the machine modeling. In this way,the real CNC can be used to control the modeling of machine directly,research the modeling of machine and optimize the process of manufacturing and simulation.
