摘要
运用硬件在环技术在沈阳机床厂开发的i5数控系统平台上进行了滚齿机数控系统的开发。采用SolidWorks软件建立了滚齿机的三维模型,并利用Virtuos建立了滚齿机控制系统模型,从而构建了硬件在环仿真系统。经过数控加工程序仿真验证,结果表明,可大大提高数控系统的开发效率,降低开发风险。
Based on the hardware- in- loop technique and i5 CNC system platform developed by Shenyang machine tool co.,Ltd,it designs a gear hobbing machine CNC system. It builds the 3D model of the gear hobbing machine in Solidworks,establishes the control system model of the gear hobbing machine with Virtuos,and creates the simulation system of hardware- in- loop. The simulation result shows that the CNC system is effective, and the development risk is reduced.
