中重度痤疮的易妍光动力治疗及护理 被引量:3

摘要 痤疮是一种常见的累及毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病[1],病程缓慢,易复发,发病原因较复杂,较大程度影响了患者的容貌和身心健康,尤其是顽固性中、重度痤疮,对患者的心理造成了严重的影响。目前临床主要采用的局部外用药物治疗和系统性药物治疗等常规治疗方法均不尽如人意。国内外研究报道证实,易妍光动力疗法(ALA-PDT for ACNE)是一种高效、快捷、安全性高、耐受性好的痤疮物理治疗新技术,对于中重度痤疮的治疗具有独特的优势,为痤疮的治疗提供了新的选择。2011年07月-2012年07月笔者所在医院采用ALA-PDT治疗中、重度痤疮76例。现将护理体会总结如下。
