药物代谢酶遗传多态性与合理用药研究进展
摘要
近年来，随着人们对医疗质量需求的提高，治疗上的量体裁衣，一人一方，也就是用药的个体化越来越受到重视，客观上要求医师应该了解患者的药物遗传特征，以便利用遗传药理学知识高质量地指导合理用药。
