摘要
轴承损伤的原因包括多种,对发电机而言,电流导致的滚动轴承过电流损伤问题较为显著。本文从轴承的电气特性入手,结合G5X风电机组使用的发电机型式及变流方式,根据发电机变频器工作方式,分析和探讨了G5X风电机组发电机轴电流产中及轴承损伤的原因及机理,提出相应改进办法。
Bearing damage include a variety of reasons, the problem that over current induced generator rolling bearing damage is significant. In this paper, according to the electrical characteristics of the bearing, generator type and converter mode in GSX wind turbine be used, analysis and discussion of the causes GSX wind turbine generator bearing shaft current damage has be done, some repairing measures given can help to improve it.
