摘要 在水文测验中,为了满足在复杂环境下的流量检测的自动化,设计了矩形渠道流量自动检测系统。该系统以五点法为基本检测原理,并将流速、流量的测量与一套完备的机械传动装置相结合。应用经典的MCS-51系列单片机来采集水位与流速的信号并按照相应的算法计算出矩形渠道的实时流量值,并控制着平面直角坐标机械传动装置的流速测杆在矩形断面范围内自动改变位置,以实现系统的自动化,并通过RS232或RS485总线与上位机进行通讯传输,实现在线监控。 In hydrological tests, flow automatic detective system of rectangular channel is designed in order to meet the testing auto- mation of flow under complex environment. The system is based on 5-dot method, and the velocity and flow's measurement and a comprehensive set of mechanical transmission device is combined. Classic MCS-51 series MCU is used to collect signal of water's level and flow and in accordance with the established algorithm, the value of a rectangular channel's real-time flow number and control plane Cartesian mechanical transmission's velocity measuring rod within the rectangular changing position automatically are calculated to achieve the automation of the system, then communication with PC is achieved, and online monitoring is carried by RS232 or RS485 bus.
