协同医疗是一项利国利民的民生工程,通过笔者在上海进行为期三年的实践,探讨了基于信息化平台的协同医疗服务体系建设。在经验方面,笔者认为协同医疗最优的技术建设模式是采用平行的信息系统建设模式、最优的商业模式是阶梯化的收费模式;在困难方面,笔者认为协同医疗最大的困难是医疗体制的问题,最佳的解决方案是创新服务模式、改变运营体制、抓好顶层设计、大力推进协同医疗落实。

Collaborative medical service is a livelihood project good for the country and people. By working for 3 years in Shanghai, the construction for collaborative medical service system is discussed based on information platform. The parallel information system model is the best technology construction model of collaborative medical and the ladder charge model is the best business model according to the experience. In addition, the biggest difficulty is the current medical system and the best solution is creating the service model, changing the operating system, grasping the toplevel design, and vigorously promoting the implementation of collaborative medical.
