摘要
给出了一个新的模糊环境下的部分属性权重信息的多属性群决策方法。首先我们利用模糊逼近理想解的方法(FTOPSIS)为每个决策者根据不同的属性确定不同的权重;然后通过建立了一个线性规划模型确定属性权重;接着,我们再利用FTOPSIS方法对方案进行排序;最后我们将所提出的方法应用到了西安市棚户区改造中融资项目风险评价上,实例说明了方法的有效性和合理性。
A new fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making method is presented with partly known attribute weight information. First, we determine the experts' weights by making use of fuzzy TOPSIS (FTOPSIS), in which each expert has different weights for different attributes; a linear programming model is set up in order to determine attribute weight vector ;then we rank the alternatives by FTOPSIS; finally we apply the proposed method to risk evaluation of project finance of Xi' an Shantytown construction. Numerical example illustrates the efficiency and reasonableness of the proposed method.
