摘要
鉴于电动汽车因装有大功率、大电流的驱动部件产生很强的电磁干扰而存在比传统汽车更严重的安全隐患,本文中基于Ansoft软件的RMxprt、Maxwell 2D和Simplorer等电磁仿真模块进行了电动汽车驱动系统的电磁兼容(EMC)仿真研究。首先基于RMxprt采用磁路法建立了交流永磁同步电机模型,接着将RMxprt电机模型导入Maxwell 2D中进行有限元的电磁场分析,最后在Simplorer联合平台下进行整个驱动系统的联合仿真,并通过分析验证了减小分布电容和增设缓冲与滤波电路对降低共模电流的效果。
In view of the severer hidden risk of electric vehicle (EV) due to the stronger electromagnetic interference caused by many high power high current drive components compared with traditional vehicles,a simulation study on the electro-magnetic compatibility of EV drive system is conducted with RMxprt,Maxwell 2D and Simplorer modules of Ansoft software in this paper.Firstly a model for AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is built by using magnetic circuit method in RMxprt,which is then imported into Maxwell 2D to complete the finite element analysis of electromagnetic field.Finally a co-simulation on the whole drive system is performed with Simplorer,RMxprt and Maxwell platforms and the effects of reducing distributed capacitance and adding buffer and filter circuits for lowering common-mode current verified by analysis.
