平路起步工况下磨损离合器接合特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 汽车离合器磨损是影响其接合性能的关键因素之一。本文中对在平路起步工况下离合器的接合过程进行研究,分析了磨损后离合器的弹性元件波形片、膜片弹簧对接合过程的影响,得到了汽车起步时磨损离合器的接合特性,并进行了试验验证。 The wear of vehicle clutch is one of the key factors affecting its engagement performance.In this paper,the process of clutch engagement in the condition of vehicle start on level road is studied.The effects of elastic components including wave slice and diaphragm spring on engagement process of worn clutch are analyzed.The engagement characteristics of worn clutch are obtained and validated by testing.
