基于虚拟台架疲劳分析的副车架结构改进设计 被引量:19

摘要 针对某车副车架在道路试验中发生开裂现象,对其结构进行了改进设计,采用有限元法对改进前后的副车架进行疲劳寿命分析,并经台架试验验证。结果表明,改进后的结构疲劳寿命满足设计要求,路试未再发生疲劳失效。 In view of the cracking occurs in the subframe of a car in road test,its structure is modified,and FEM is adopted to conduct a fatigue life analysis on subframe before and after modification with a bench test carried out for verification.The results show that the fatigue life of modified structure meets the design requirements of fatigue life with fatigue failure no longer happens in road test.
